Quarco Tech d.o.o. has a Technical department including the following units: quality control, equipment modernization, commissioning organization and conduct. The Company technical specialists and engineers have high qualification and a vast work experience in pharmaceutical and chemical facilities thus helping us to provide timely, comprehensive and high-quality service to our customers and partners.

We perform the following activity within the scope of technical support:

  • Developing specifications considering features of customer’s facility and selecting optimal equipment models;
  • Technical consultation before order placement, during manufacturing process and commissioning, after commissioning and successful mounting of equipment;
  • Training of customer’s technical personnel on good operation, specifications and maintenance of the mounted equipment;
  • Organization and conducting of supervised mounting on the customer area;
  • Delivery of necessary and additional Spare parts to equipment as requested by customer;
  • Presenting complete package of all necessary documents and flowcharts, working schemes and instructions in customer’s language.
